The balance between the residual sugars and the minerality
makes this wine particularly suitable as an aperitif, but not only.
It pairs very well with Eastern and fusion cuisine or,
like locals do, as a dessert with cookies (Italian pasticceria secca).
Produced with glera grape, it shows a brilliant,
pale colour with a very fine and persistent perlage that raises up
in the glass the most typical aromatic flavors of this varietal:
apple, pear and white flowers enriched by notes of honey and camomille.
